Saudi & Gulf hub FAQ
How is End of Service Gratuity calculated?
Half a month's basic salary for each of the first 5 years of service, plus a full month's basic salary for each year beyond 5, prorated for partial years. Resignation applies statutory reduction tiers based on service length.
What happens if my exit-reentry visa expires while I am in Bangladesh?
Your Iqama is effectively voided and you face an automatic 3-year ban from returning to Saudi Arabia. Before travelling, always confirm your exit-reentry window on Absher.
Who pays the dependent levy?
The sponsor pays the dependent levy (SAR 400 per dependent per month) through Qiwa — confirm who bears it before bringing family.
