No resignation reduction:
the 2021 law abolished the old resignation tiers. With at least one completed year of service you receive the full gratuity whether you resign, are terminated or the contract ends. Under one year of service carries no gratuity.
Cap & accuracy:
the total gratuity is capped at two years of basic salary. The calculator uses basic salary only — allowances are excluded. Your final figure may differ with unpaid leave deductions; MOHRE arbitrates disputes on 80060.
