International Meeting Planner — Best Time Across Time Zones
Find the best time for a call or meeting across up to four cities. Every hour of the day is color-coded so you can see who would be asleep.
How it works
Choose up to four cities and a date. The planner shows all 24 hours as a table: the first column is your city, the others are the local time there at the same moment.
Green marks comfortable daytime hours (9 to 17), yellow marks awake hours (7 to 21), and dark cells are night. The summary at the top lists the hours that are daytime in every city.
Planning a family video call with Dhaka? Set your city plus Dhaka; the green rows in the Dhaka column are when family is comfortably awake.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best time to call Bangladesh from Canada?
Usually your morning: 8 to 11 AM in Toronto is 7 to 10 PM the same day in Dhaka, inside everyone’s awake hours both sides.
Does the planner handle daylight saving?
Yes. The table is computed for the exact date you pick, so spring-forward and fall-back days are shown correctly for each city.
Can I plan a call between three cities at once?
Yes, use up to four cities. The summary highlights only the hours that are daytime for all of them.
